It's time for another episode of Conversations over a Cuppa with CMO. Joining us this time is Mercer partner, and platform business and consumer leader, Cambell Holt, who speaks on the challenges of keeping up momentum from a second lockdown in Melbourne, the transformative nature of the crisis on how consumers relate to their superannuation, and his valuable lessons in leadership.

In his role as platform business and consumer leader, Cambell is responsible for leading Mercer's platform strategy, customer platform and digital functions, insights & analytics, and consumer marketing teams in the Pacific. He is responsible for supporting the customer experience for approximately 2.2 million super members across the Pacific. Cambell was recognised for his work with 7th position in the CMO50 list in 2017.

Prior to joining Mercer in 2014, Cambell’s global career has spanned 20 years across a wide range of financial services in Australia, Asia and Europe. He’s held senior marketing and commercial roles in leading organisations such as ANZ, E*Trade, OnePath, and the London Stock Exchange.
