In our latest episode of Conversations over a cuppa with CM, we catch up with CMO50 alumni, Louise Eyres, to talk about building her marketing team for growth during the COVID-19 crisis. 

At ANZ ,Louise lead the global marketing team with a focus on the enterprise marketing strategy complimenting the country specific marketing programs.  At both ANZ and BHP Billiton, Louise was also responsible for the marketing and brand streams of significant M&A activity.

Louise is head of marketing and a member of Vanguard Australia’s executive team. In this role, she leads the teams responsible for developing and implementing the customer and marketing strategy and programs for Vanguard in the Australian market.

Prior to commencing this role in December 2019, Louise was chief marketing officer at Sport Australia where she designed and implemented a new Division MCIA (Marketing, Customer Insights and Analytics)  responsible for marketing, brand strategy and experience, customer insights, digital strategy, media communications, and commercial partnerships.

Louise was previously with ANZ Banking Group for 14 years and BHP Billiton for 12 years.

Louise holds a Bachelor of Business (Marketing) from the University of South Australia, a Graduate Diploma International Business from Monash University, and an MBA (Executive) from UNSW Business School and is a qualified company director.
